Costs, Payment and Ranges
Plan design cost ranges depending on the complexity. This amount is payable prior to presentation of final plan design and is deducted from the first payment of the job cost when contracted.
Standard Payment schedules are as follows:- 1/3 of the total job cost upon delivery of material at start date.
- 1/3 of the total job cost upon completion of drywall.
- 1/3 of the total job cost upon final inspection.
Remodel jobs average from 45 to 90 days from start date, depending on availability of access and complexity of plan design. Additions take longer and usually require homeowner association and/or city approval, which SBCH obtains as part of the scope of our work.
